The Homoromantic Pride Flag is a community-designed flag representing individuals who experience romantic attraction exclusively to people of the same gender, distinct from sexual orientation. Like many modern pride flags created after the iconic rainbow flag's adoption in the 1970s, the homoromantic flag emerged from online LGBTQ+ communities and forums in the early 2010s as asexual and aromantic spectrum identities gained broader recognition and vocabulary. The flag features five horizontal stripes in red, orange, white, green, and blue, with each color carrying symbolic meaning within the community.
